We are a leading nationwide cable and telco operator, providing services to both residential and business customers. We offer digital television with video on demand (VoD), broadband and mobile data, and fixed-line and mobile voice services. We were among the first players in the country to offer a tripleplay bundle, combining the traditional telco services (video, broadband and voice). Tripleplay customers benefit from using bundled services as they pay less for the bundle than they would for each service if bought separately. Multiplay customers can also benefit from a number of loyalty programmes and discounted offers.
Our strategy involves active market consolidation, build-out of cable networks in new regions, and acquisition of networks from other players. As a result, as of the end of 2017, the number of homes passed by Multimedia networks reached c. 1.7 million.
As of the end of 2017, Multimedia provided its services to a total of some 753k customers (excluding energy and gas customers) of which some 314k customers used two Multimedia services (among TV, voice, internet and other) and some 119k tripleplay clients used three or more services. As of 31 December 2017, the group was delivering c. 1.75m services in total.
Multimedia is recognized as one of the most innovative Polish companies, always introducing new products and services to the market. We were one of the first Polish operators to launch digital television services for our telephony subscribers (IPTV), triple play bundles, broadband internet, High Definition Television (HDTV) with return path, Video on Demand (VoD), multiscreen (video accessible on tablets and smartphones), and other utility services, such as home monitoring.
