Multimedia is a leading nationwide cable operator, provider of digital television with video on demand, broadband and mobile data, and fixed-line and mobile voice. We offer the full multi play combo: video, voice, data, and also other services, such as energy, home monitoring, and insurance services. The company operates across Poland in c. 200 cities and towns. As of the end of June 2015, Multimedia provided its services to a total of some 822k customers. On aggregate, our clients took up to some 1.6 million services (RGUs) including cable TV, internet, telephony, premium channels and other (each separately referred to as a Revenue Generating Unit).

Multimedia is among the most innovative Polish operators always introducing new products and innovative solutions. We have rolled out digital television for cable subscribers, high-definition television (HDTV) and video on demand (VOD). In 2009, we introduced a new digital functionality - PVR which allows users to record, rewind and replay programmes. We also launched mobile internet (mobilNET) to our customers. Since 2010, Multimedia Polska subscribers have had access to the first interactive TV channel in Poland called aMazing and since 2011 to our mmtv.pl website that offers selected Live TV channels and VOD. The latter is available to all users of the Internet. In 2012, we implemented DOCSIS 3.0 technology enabling fast data transfers of up to 250 Mbps. In 2013, we launched our multiscreen service (video on tablets and smartphones), and in January 2014 also mobile telephony services (
MVNO) and online monitoring services (DomoWizja). We launched retail sale of energy in September.

Multimedia Polska's revenues in the period from 1 January to 30 June 2015 amounted to some PLN 350.4m, with adjusted EBITDA of PLN 166.1m, and a net profit of PLN 23.9m. *
